One of the highlight events is the Welcome Home Concert by the acclaimed R&B group Kut Klose, led by Muskegon Heights native and group founder, Tabitha Duncan. Adding to the excitement, Mayor Bonnie McGlothin will bestow the “Key to the City” on Tabitha Duncan, acknowledging her remarkable achievements and honoring her as the first-ever recipient of this prestigious award.
