High School Students Bring “Quiet Whisper” to Muskegon, Muskegon Heights Boards To Work On Violence Issues
The group of Muskegon Heights high school students call their grassroots initiative “Quiet Whisper”, and brought tough questions and suggestions to Muskegon’s City Commission meeting Tuesday night and to the Muskegon Heights City Council on Monday.
