So far this year,  In an effort to prevent more incidents like this, the Muskegon Community Water Safety Task Force is asking that you help pass along the message of water safety. The Great Lakes Information Network (GLIN) has developed an application for android smart phones so that potential beachgoers can check out weather conditions before they decide to venture out. We are asking you to do the following:

—–With the MyBeachCast mobile app for Android, you can discover local Great Lakes beaches based on your location, save favorite beaches, and view real-time information on beach water quality advisories, weather and water conditions.
