7-1-13 Shooting in Muskegon at Ada and Kenneth

At 1038 hrs, July 1, 2013, officers of the Muskegon Police Department were dispatched to the area of Ada Ave and Kenneth St on a report of shots fired.   Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim.

 

The intended victim, a 47 year old City of Muskegon resident, was not struck.

 

The victim and other witnesses to the mid-morning shooting described the offender as a 5’6”, 200 lbs, African-American male in his 30’s.  The suspect, who was wearing a white t-shirt, fled the scene in a white, 2000 Chevrolet S-10 pick up truck, bearing Michigan registration CJG8665.

 

Muskegon Police Officers have the area secured and are searching for the offender:

 

ADRAIN TAYLOR WAYNE

33 years old

 

An on-going investigation is being conducted by Detectives of the Muskegon Police Department and detailed information will be released when it becomes available.
