Robert “Big Rob” Roundtree has been a dedicated member of 103.7 The Beat since its inception. Beyond his role at the station, he is a highly respected motivational speaker for both children and adults, and a mentor to troubled boys. He is also the coordinator of the Kids Free Trip to Africa Program, providing life-changing opportunities for young people.

In addition to his professional achievements, Robert is an active and proud member of Prince Hall Mason and Prince Hall Shriners. He serves on the board of the Silent Observer Tips Payout of Muskegon County and is the Chairman of the Citizens Police Review Board for the City of Muskegon.

Robert is also a devoted father to five children—four boys and one cherished daughter. Impressively, all of his children have earned college degrees.
