Thanks to Those Who Helped With Our Twelfth Annual Turkey Giveaway

Last week, 103.7 WUVS-LP completed its twelfth annual Thanksgiving Turkey & More giveaway in its parking lot on Peck Street. Our small community radio station provided 180 families with turkey, potatoes, other side dishes, Pepsi and hygiene products before the holiday weekend began.

We were fortunate to have Congressman Bill Huizenga and his family present to help us hand out food. Coach Ronald Jenkins and players from the West Michigan Lake Hawks ABA team also added many hands to the cause.  Friends of the station, our staff, and representatives from some of our corporate contributors also helped out.
