At 22:27 hrs, April 13th, 2016, Officers of the Muskegon Police Department were dispatched to the area of Laketon Ave near McIlwraith St, on a report of a shot heard. Officers arrived on scene to find Ja-mall Thelonious KITCHEN,age 19 of Norton Shores, lying in the roadway.
