103.7 The Beat and M106-FM to Host 2025 Muskegon Area Election Forums
Muskegon, MI — October 2025 — As local elections approach, WUVS-LP 103.7 The Beat and M106-FM are proud to announce two upcoming Election Forums designed to inform and engage voters in Muskegon County. These community events will provide residents with an opportunity to hear directly from local candidates, ask questions, and better understand the issues shaping their cities.
City of Muskegon Heights Election Forum
Wednesday, October 22, 2025
6 PM – 8 PM
Corinthians Missionary Baptist Church
2027 Peck Street, Muskegon Heights, MI
This forum will focus on Muskegon Heights City Council candidates. The evening will be moderated by Attorney Brandon Davis and presented in partnership with the Muskegon Young Black Professionals. Residents are encouraged to attend in person or watch the livestream on Facebook Live via 103.7 The Beat and 106.1FM.

The Muskegon forum will feature two segments:
⭐ Mayoral Candidates: 6 PM – 7 PM
⭐ City Commissioner Candidates: 7 PM – 8 PM
This session will be moderated by Attorney Brianna T. Scott, also in partnership with the Muskegon Young Black Professionals. Community members can participate in person or tune in live online through Facebook Live on 103.7 The Beat and 106.1FM.
