By: Emily Guiles Muskegon County has recently settled a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the surviving family members of Dahontae McKinley. He was an inmate in Muskegon County jail who was found dead in December 2012 by guards. McKinley was discovered restrained to a chair and unresponsive. These new houses will be built with middle class families in mind.
