PRESS RELEASE On Tuesday September 24th, 2013 a meeting was held with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission in Lansing, Michigan. LCC Commissioners considered the matter of license status for the Charity Lodge # 1397 I.B.P.O.E of W. (Elks) located at 149 Ottawa St. in the City of Muskegon.
